Install PhotoCraft for your platform, then follow the getting-started guide to open a copy, add an adjustment, save a working file and export an image. Understand the difference between a document and a delivery image before building a complex edit.
Continue with layers and file interchange
The layers-and-masks guide explains separating edits, controlling local effects and retaining room for changes. The PSD guide focuses on existing layered files, fonts, effect checks and opening a re-saved document in the application that will consume it.
When versions differ
These guides use publicly documented project capabilities and the verified release packages. Menu names and layouts can change during alpha. Consult upstream documentation and the relevant release notes for exact commands, format limits and current fixes.
